Justice Tabai is an accomplished legal practitioner cum eminent jurist. He was called to the bar more than 4 decades ago. After many years of legal practice, he joined the bench as a Magistrate and rose through all cadres to get to the pinnacle of his career as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He retired as the Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2012. He is presently the Traditional Ruler of the Tuomo Kingdom in Delta State.
Justice Tabai is an Of Counsel (Advisory Consultant) to Claritas LP. Tabai is reputed to be a judicial colossus who is endowed with robust scholarly disposition and erudition.
