Professor Emiola is an Of Counsel (Advisory Consultant) to Claritas Legal Practitioners. He is a retired Professor of Business Law. He has background experience in Journalism and rose to the position of, Editor-in-Chief  in The Nigerian Tribune before studying law. Professor Emiola is a British and Nigerian trained lawyer.

He has about five decades of experience in legal practice and teaching. He has authored several law books that include Nigerian Labour Law, Nigerian Company Law, Corporation Law, and Remedies in Administrative Law, among others.
